How are we paid?
When finalising with the notary.
If we are operating in partnership (there is no extra cost involved to the buyer) we can invoice the partner agency for the buyers commission of 3% or invoice directly to the buyer. This is standard practice in partnership agreements.
The only advantage in being invoiced directly is saving on the 16 % IVA on our invoice.
